Robbed At Gunpoint!

As we went to sit down for dinner we heard a very loud banging in the back of the house. The first bang made us all wonder what was happening. The second time we started to realize we might be in danger. The third time is when they came rushing through the door and we all scattered. At this point it became chaos.

Human Trafficking Victims?

On one of the streets I noticed a boy playing a traditional Thai instrument and was begging for money. As I kept walking, I noticed more and more people in the middle of the street begging for money. About every 50 yards was another child or adult.

Human Sex Trafficking Film

A good friend of mine, Tony Anderson, is an amazing composer and audio engineer. Currently he is producing a full-length film about the solutions to human sex trafficking on a global scale. He just released the trailer less than 24 hours  ago. He had been telling me about what he was doing for some time now, and I had no idea on the scale of this whole thing until recently. He will be traveling across the world to many different countries documenting trafficking in each area. Sometime around 2012 they should be wrapping this all up. They really just started and have a long way to go, but the footage they have already is incredible! Check out their trailer and see what you think.

Tigers, Motorcycles, and Waterfalls

When we got to Chiang Mai Thailand we had a few days off before we started ministry. Mainly because our contact was out of town until the 8th and we arrived on the 4th. So we had some time to kill and wanted to explore around the Chiang Mai area. One of the first things we heard about in this area was Tiger Kingdom. We didn’t know much about it but we did know that you can go pet tigers, so we loaded up in a truck and headed over

Train Station in Black and White

We arrived at the train station at 5:30 and we didn't board the train until 7:20 so we had some time to kill. After eating at KFC I went back to where we dropped our gear and grabbed my camera. The train station looked so cool and somewhat historic so I wanted to try to get some good shots.
